Tasmania’s Bay of Fires Lodge Walk is an experience in itself. Taking four days and three nights to complete, a new day spa is set to add to the package and will be welcome news to the weary hikers making the trek.
As well as tackling Tasmania’s northeast coastline, guests can now indulge in a spa treatment at the Bay of Fires Lodge during their trip, according to news.com.au. The Lodge is the setting for the second day of the walk and the spa’s treatment list includes face and body treatments, with massages and bath treatments also available to help revive or relax tired trekkers.
The spa uses Li’tya products and guests are invited to enjoy the ocean view from the outdoor deck of the Bay of Fires Lodge, next door to the spa, following treatment. The Tasmanian Walking Company offers the Bay of Fires Lodge walk between October and May and the new spa opens in October.
